Backfill all urban and sub-urban newsflashes and make sure that numeric fields (street1, yishuv_symbol, road_segment_name) are backfilled

Edited: Also, make sure that new newsflashes are updating these fields

@ziv17 following our prev discussion, I took backfill on me, however seems that in new news-flashes these fields are not filled as well, so added this one to the task.
