This import in airflow failed due to duplicate row that was in rehev.csv file (vehicles file) - that made a duplication in an involve row - which followed by "duplicate key value violates unique constraint "involved_markers_hebrew_pkey".

On the one had it's great since we reported this mistake to the CBS, and prevented false duplication in our DB. On the other hand, perhaps we should be robust to such errors and find another solution in addition to alerting the CBS on this automatically
