How to Recoginze PrivateSend

I saw the dashradar recognize 2 trx(txid: 384df706217dcfa6bf4dce36d839c62d13c8f3e8d5e453a1d8f3e829bfdababa
and txid: 32ee32b2c2458100a64ee04679c3961f7b714ba3a58e5c425c9ec9d5c4c5b670 ) as denomination create trx in block 206980(https://dashradar.com/explorer/blocks/000000000006d1df8c335797fc3e3f48067de2618f83f90edfc32cc69eb68aa0)

But I think the two trx are PrivateSend trx. Is that a bug? if I am wrong, please tell me how to recognize a PrivateSend trx

This repository is not associated with DashRadar (which is not a Dash Core project), so this would not be a good place to open a potential issue since the DashRadar developer will most likely not see it.

I do see there are associated questions on the forum and will provide some PS info there.
