Fine grained visibility

Currently, all texts are visible and readable unless they are hidden (but remain readable) or are restricted by the unix-like rwx.

While general visibility will always be the default, some form of rights management may be necessary when dealing with data from modern publishers, e.g. “university only“ – “researchers only” etc.

eXide uses a list in ther configuration.xml and function config:access-allowed($path, $user) in their config.xqm. We could expand on this approach.
