Add optional date params to reporters transaction listing and trialbalance #52

The reporter only shows all transactions for the transaction listing and TB.

This can be improved by having an optional filter for dates and is somewhat standard amongst GL analysis (Filter by year)

Have implemented and pushed a branch. However there is a bug in urfave/cli to do with date params which is causing nil errors.

urfave/cli#1144

Looks like the upstream bug has been fixed recently. Will wait until next patch of urfave/cli to finalise this pull request
