Better user facing documentation of the current voting machines

For folks that want to use our voting machines in their apps we need to describe exactly how they work in clear and easy to understand language as best as possible.

This should include how to support different use cases, e.g. Poll proposals with multiple options, lots of people wanted those (maybe not fully supported yet?)
