- 2 lbs ground beef (or whatever you prefer: chicken, tofu, etc.)
- Simple beef seasoning
- 2 cups Green peppers, diced
- 1 cup of water
Heat a large frying pan or wok for 2-3 minutes on high. Add cooking oil.
Stir fry the beef for 5-7 minutes, or until completely brown. Drain the juices and return to the pan.
Add water, green peppers, and simple beef seasoning. Simmer and cook until fluid is absorbed into the meat, about 5 - 7 minutes.
