the order_book pagination recursive function call was missing the "status" variable when calling itself, resulting in an error when pagination occurred. I fixed it in the fork i just submitted

This is fixed in master but probably hasn't been released to PyPI yet.

That is correct, please follow #260 to know when a PyPI release is to be expected.
