I have a powered airer that is dumb. Fortunately, it can be powered on and off with a smart plug so if there's a way to make it smarter to help with life.

Example automations:

  • Timer to turn it on and off.
  • Use electricity rates as trigger to turning it on and off.
  • Ability to detect if there are clothes on the airer.
  • Use environment to determine if it needs to come on. E.g. Summer v.s Winter, humidity, etc.
