[Question]: Are actions and file shared in agents visible to users?

What is your question?

Hello, I began by creating an agent- naming it, adding description, file under file search, tool and an action. Then I shared the agents to all users for editing as well. For others they can access the name,description and tool but NOT the FILE in the file search section and ACTION.

Still,if they query about anything related to the file which I uploaded and is not visible to them, they get the response. But they do not have the action (open api schema) with them.

Also, if they are uploading files to the same agent from their end , it is not visible to me or other users and I also can query from the content of that file. But when LC is running - Ran file search it shows me the file I uploaded. That is using the file I uploaded to get the result which is strange. As the answer belongs to the file other user uploaded.

Also if I make agent non-editable still the actions do not appear.

So the question is -

Why cannot someone access the actions?
Why are the files not visible? And if to global someone else is also uploading file , others can also query from it even if that is not visible to them in the file section.

For example - I shared an agent with the file named- accommodation and other user added to file search section- good ai prrompts. Now neither she can see accomodation file nor I can see - good ai prompts file in the file section. But if I ask it anything related to ai prompts - it is giving answer from prompt file only.
