Removed boost library dependency

This is not an official release, but the update is so striking that deserves to be announced here.

As requested countless times by the users, the current commit 8ee0b9c removes the dependency from boost asio. In particular:

• if you don't need remote sessions, cli library is standalone
• if you need remote sessions, you can use either standalone asio or boost asio
