Wrong date / Previous year date is selected even after setting minYear.

Step to reproduce

1. In the Configuration Generator on the website, make the following configuration:

2. Then in the picker, navigate to any previous year (say 2021)
3. Select any dates of your choice and Apply.

Current Behavior

The date whose year is less than "minYear" is selected.

Expected Behavior

The Date should default to the first date of that year, if any date is selected whose year is less than min year.
