user story

As a notedeck enjoyer who wants to configure a particular setting, I would like to be able to readily search for a setting (e.g. dark mode), so that I don't have to launch a search expedition for search menu setting.

acceptance criteria

1. (similar to MacOS) allow user to search for a setting in the side-menu: add search icon below new post #692 search icon in side-menu
2. if setting exists, notedeck returns setting visually
3. if user clicks on the setting search result, notedeck redirects user to the deep-linked settings menu
4. once linked in settings menu, user does not need to scroll further to find the setting they were looking for
