Feature Suggestion: Add Custom Shortcut for Quick Accent or Implement macOS-like Behavior for Accents

I would like to propose an improvement for the Quick Accent feature in PowerToys. Currently, it seems that the keyboard shortcut options are limited. I would like to suggest the following enhancements:

Add the ability to customize shortcuts for Quick Accent: Allow users to define a key of their choice to activate the accent feature quickly. This would provide more flexibility based on individual preferences.

Imitate macOS behavior: On macOS, you can simply hold down a key to display the available accent options for that letter. The user can then navigate through the accent choices by pressing the corresponding numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.). It would be great to add a similar feature in PowerToys, where users can hold down a key to display available accent options and manage the delay before the action is triggered.

This would make the tool even more convenient, offering a better user experience tailored to specific needs.
