The t and n underdot are needed for rendering Indic languages (like Sanskrit and Pali) into Latin alphabets. I'm not sure if they are used in any modern languages. The other letters (ā, ī, ū, ḍ, ṅ, ṁ, ḷ, ñ) needed for Pali are already there. Sanskrit looks like it is only missing the s underdot.
Would it be possible to add them?
