🐛 BUG: Min upvotes setting is broken

What went wrong? 🤔

My minimum upvotes setting isn't respected. I still see posts with 2 upvotes in my feed.

Expected Behavior

When I set my Min Upvotes setting to 30 it should only show posts that have at least 30 upvotes.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See the error

Solution Proposed

Maybe it also counts the downvotes so It’s like it has 30 upvotes and 28 downvotes, thus the score is 2... But I was expecting to see posts that have a score of at least 30
