WORK IN PROGRESS!
Tactical merges parts of Helm, Weapons a single console.
Capabilities Lost: Ship no longer has access to the following features without a dedicated Weapons console: set beam target, set beam frequency, change shield frequency.
There is also no button for activating/deactivating shields, as that one has moved to Engineering+ in the 3-4 crew setup.
This is best for smaller crews (3-4 people per bridge)
