[REQ] Customized reasons at the time of sanctioning

I think that in addition to being able to configure some predefined reasons you can also have the option at the time of sanctioning a player to “Custom reason” so that the administrator to select that option can write a fully customized reason in the chat.

I only have one example of an old version of simple admin adapted to css-panel, but I hope it serves as an explanation for the request
