-Unzip ffmpeg and move the unzipped folder into your Windows Drive,usually C:

COMMANDS:

python:

python jumpcutter.py --input_file [FILE].mp4 --output_file [OUTPUTFILE].mp4 --sounded_speed 1 --silent_speed 999999 --frame_margin 2

EXE: (the easiest way)

cmd: (for powershell you just have to add " ./ " at the beginning

jumpcutter.exe --input_file [FILE].mp4 --output_file [OUTPUTFILE].mp4 --sounded_speed 1 --silent_speed 999999 --frame_margin 2
