Cross Dependency is hit by a `Circular dependency detected` #119

Hallo,

Great tool. A little bit scary by its power as it has updated all my charts at once ... but I got it fixed.

I have a question as I got hit by Circular dependency detected.

I got 2 charts that depends on each other just to share their values.

The case that I have is:

a cert-manager chart that depends on the grafana chart to get the name of the instance to create the grafana cert-manager dashboard
and the grafana chart that depends on the cert-manager to get the value of the acme issuer

Would it be possible to filter by level? Not to take into account the dependencies of the dependencies?
