Closing all issues - pressing reset

There have been a lot of incompatible changes made to Curio recently--mostly related to making it substantially smaller (also adding support for Windows). This reflects a general view that Curio is best served by being a focused library, not an all-encompassing framework. As such, I've cleared all prior issues as a kind of "reset" in anticipation of a new release.
