Error when try to create new model

I have an issue which seems to be identical to issue #949 except that I am using Windows and an AMD GPU whereas the issue was raised for training on mac.

When I try to create a new model, I get the following output:

I've tried the suggestions given in the issue above which has resolved the problem for some people but it doesn't work for me:

a) In Terminal, cd into your webui-directory, activate venv (should be source venv/bin/activate) and then pip install torch>=1.13 torchvision

or

b) Add torch>=1.13 to requirements.txt in the sd_dreambooth_extension directory (or change torch to torch>=1.13 in webui requirements.txt), and (re)start the webui

Appreciate any suggestions on how I can get things working?
