Hi, this is related to #2909 while I was testing each locales. Apparently, Samsung OneUI allows you to stack locales at the order you wish. And some locales actually do not have actual strings, which then refers to the next installed language in the stack order. If there's any languages in the stack that has strings (scanned by the priority you've ordered it), it'll set the system display language as that. If all languages do not have strings, Samsung OneUI reverts it's system language to en_US (US English).
The insane discovery for me is... it allows you to stack 50+ locales in one device! This ticket is created to focus on fixing locale detection/scanning for Samsung OneUI ROMs to work with any number of locales and accordingly to the behavior of OneUI.
If there are anyone even more familiar to this, please don't hesitate to drop your thoughts about what should be done to fix this.
