[ColorOs11] app remain in observing changes

Hi, as title..

From when bought the phone in late 2020 (oppo find x2 lite) the app doesn't work anymore..
After configuring the volumes for the devices simply the app doesn't restore when connecting..
I'm right now on my realme buds air 2 and there is constant notification of "observing changes"


Additionally the app is grabbing the battery optimization wrong. The battery optimization is disabled for the app..

Observing changes is just the final state if you enabled the option to keep monitoring.
Does If volume is not adjusted increase the delay and try enabling force volume or nudge volume options.

Ok, I understand..so the problem I see is not the observating chages..
Digging about I see that the device volume in the app is now at 8. The last connection was setted at max..
So there's something that overwrite the app volume settings. I don't have the premium to test of the option to avoid external volume change works
