[9.2.0.1208] Stuck on "Quick Setup" after an update #2057

Windows OS version: Windows 11
ImageGlass version: 9.2.0.1208
ImageGlass release: Classic

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have an already installed ImageGlass 9.1.X with settings tweaked
Use the installer to install the 9.2.X version into the same directory
Open the app
Complete the "Quick Setup" screen

Actual behavior

The "Quick Setup" screen pops up again
Completing it again makes it pop up again
Manually editing the settings file to "bypass" it doesn't actually let you bypass it

Expected behavior

The "Quick Setup" screen can be completed as usual after an update, just as it would for a brand new install
Manually editing the settings file to "bypass" it (changing version numbers) should work
