Adding the missing API documentation, and additional guide for specific use cases.

API Documentations are done for now until #4 finished this won't change much.

Cookbooks

  • graphql-ws example.
  • Implementation on exisiting schema.
  • Streaming Source specification (for now, source must not be a reused singleton as executor will shut it down when client disconnect, no direct solution at the moment).
  • Possible Alpakka with Kafka example.
