404 in d-cent.github.io/patterns

There is something wrong with the http://d-cent.github.io/patterns/, if you click on a page twice, you get a 404.

The whole Pattern Lab is now cleaned up and refactored somewhat. This bug is also fixed now. Remenber to make a pull before doing anything else to avoid conflicts. I also synced the gh-pages and master branches.

Thanks @Unkulunkulu ! But am still getting 404s when navigating. When reloading the page it works again, but then by the second click it will give me another 404.

True, apperently that patterns/ subfolder is throwing it off there. We'll fix that soon(ish).
