Better error messages for missing network and 404 #300

Description of new feature

  1. If the user tries to access a network but its not found then display an appropriate error message. Right now it just redirects back to the home page without any feedback as to why.
  2. If the user accesses a bogus URL under the domain then provide a better formatted 404 error. Right now it just says "Page not found".
