[Privacy] A "show/hide" balances feature for added Privacy [enhancement]

Under the "Appearance" settings menu, add a toggle for "Show/Hide Balances" this will give the user the ability to toggle between showing and hiding the balances of each coin wallet.

If the user toggles to "Hide Balances" then instead of showing the balance values, use an icon to hide the balance (E.g. an icon of a eye mask). Upon tapping on the eye mask, the value is then revealed for 3 secs then is hidden by the eye mask icon.
