IPAM for nodes

Hello Coil project,

If I understand coil correctly and if I've been through the coil docs properly I can't seem to find anything on IPAM for Kubernetes nodes in particular. I see a lot around IPv4's for Pod's. I'm curious if the same thing can be done for nodes with coil? Would be cool as one can then combine coil with some like the cluster-autoscaler to automatically scale Kubernetes nodes and an IPv4 can be picked form coil .... this in the case that an IPAM is NOT available on the network outside Kubernetes.
