They seem like they do not jive with the dataset-level data being displayed. Note all final/recent datasets are above the initial, but we see minor gains/degradation in bottom left graphic.

timespan specific metrics examine timespan only, using datasets published during that time period. For instance, if there are no initial submissions within the selected time period, they will not display on the lower left panel, but will display within the dataset-level panel in the upper right for any datasets updated within the timeperiod selected.
