    usRegAddress = ( USHORT )( pucFrame[MB_PDU_FUNC_READ_ADDR_OFF] << 8 );
    usRegAddress |= ( USHORT )( pucFrame[MB_PDU_FUNC_READ_ADDR_OFF + 1] );

    usRegAddress++;   ---> Why incremente the addr ???
