Source and destination branch are not shown in Pull Request #21

It would be awsome if the pull request notification would show source and destination branch of a new pullrequest.

The BiBucket message contains this infomrations so it would be possible to pass this information to mattermost.

Hi @trittsv great input - would love to see a PR for that addition. I am not really doing work on this project right now as I don't work or use Mattermost any more.
