Can you please add sample screenshots of this card? I do not understand what it is and ignored installation

It is not possible to create screenshot. This card is more like a template than an actual card.

This card allows you to reuse multiple times the same configuration in your lovelace configuration to avoid repetition and supports variables and default values.
