Perhaps we should throttle comments in the activity feed so that one user’s comments don’t monopolize the entire feed. Since our current feed only has space for three activity items, I’d favor a logic that prioritizes diversity over chronology.

This is hard - we have to decide on, and then write, the logic - so I don't think we can do this for v1.
