Upgrading to xloil 0.20.0 causes a crash that is not present in 0.19.0 #137

Hello!

I noticed that when opening excel under version 0.20.0 I get an error that is not present when I uninstall and revert back to 0.19.0.

Do you have any advice as to how I can address this error?

Looks like my issue is related to #117 , when I set the debugger to "" I was able to open Excel without the error.
