Add parameter to skip running cargo install

I'm trying to package rinf on NixOS, but since flutter_ffi_plugin is distributed via pub.dev, patching won't work here, so will it be possible to add new parameters to flutter_ffi_plugin/bin to support skipping running the cargo install?

Hi @Stzx , may I ask you what command gives you error exactly, including the error message? It will be helpful for debugging :)

I didn't get an error, I just needed to bundle the packages from nixpkgs without installing them with cargo.
Or is there a way to patch pub.dev release? (If you know, please teach me. thx)
