比如监听 1000-2000 转发到目标IP的 1000-2000 端口，访问的是哪个端口就转发到哪个端口

可以试试这个，专门用于大量端口转发和批量操作，基于iptables，不过web页面没做访问控制，自己配置一下即可，比如caddy或者nginx配置一下密码访问或者白名单访问
