This example in examples-gallery does not run on my machine.
Now that I got a little better looking where the problem might be (thanks to @tjstienstra !!) I checked like I was told and I found this:

You'll have to post the error messages that you get when trying to compile the generated code. You are showing the generated code above, but there is no way to debug it without the errors it produces.

That shows that the program did not compile. We've discussed this at length before but there is no automatic way to display the compilation errors on windows (that we know of). You have to manually compile the generated files to see what the compilation error is.

Yes, many times we discussed. My problem is that I have yet to figure out how to do this manual complilation.
I know I need to create the temporary file, which I can do, but what to do from there?

$ python ufuncify_matrix_X_setup.py build_ext --inplace

The highest integer value of X will be the most recently generated set of source files

In my case X = 0?

You have to look in the folder at the files and select the most recently generated one.
