Provide settings of the 'transfer over' time of day

Currently Maniana tasks are transfered to Today on midnight.  User request: 
allow to set this time of day, for example to later in the morning (e.g. 4am). 

Requires adding another wakeup target time. One for midnight for changing the 
displayed date and one for the transfer time for actually transferring the 
tasks (for widgets).
