Adding notes print.

Small change to print notes along with the grade if defined in the grading file.

Fix issue with testing resources needed by MP2.

Execute the processTestResources task to ensure that tests can access their resources.

First pre-release.

Packaged grading plugin for Gradle. Most things are working, but a lot of cleanup and hardening still to come.
