The Crystal team responsible for the site do not have control of carc.in, the direct redirect of play.crystal-lang.org. The work done by Jonne is great, but issues like #804 or similar might happen again, and we shouldn't depend on the availability of just one member, in particular one that is not even being paid for it. This can go two ways: either we get the sufficient credentials to be able to admin carc.in ourselves, or we set up a new instance.

If we set a new instance, it would be great to have access to carc.in db to be able to re-create the links.
