+
+* `Process.exec` stream redirection on Windows ([#14986]).

+* Fix `String#index` and `#rindex` for `Char::REPLACEMENT` ([#14937])
+
+And we've updated our Aarch64 CI runners to be powered by AWS with the help of [runs-on.com](https://runs-on.com).
