Thanks to Season 7 spoilers leaking, it has become clear showing betting stats while betting is still open overly sways the betting.

Need to hide the stats until the episode locks. This also creates a good incentive for people to come check the site right after the lock, to see how they compare to the rest of the betting public. It also disables the "hack" of a high-value player throwing a line by betting heavily and then moving their money right before the lock.
