Work through the Sett Interference flow to get to the incident Report
Enter details

Entering names is not capitalised by default. Cosmetic issue but would look more professional if it did.

Provisional fix in 1.2.45, but will wait for checks on different versions before closing.

May need to be looked at again if implications for #72 as iOS restricts the keyboard when keyboardType: TextInputType.name is specified.
