Enhancement request: enrollment reference (DOC + GUI)

Any reference to https://docs.crowdsec.net/docs/cscli/cscli_console_enroll/ would be appreciated. It is now not clear enough or to much hidden that enrollment is also important or even mandatory to embrace the real power of Crowdsec IMHO. I assume enrollment is more than likely to be of utmost importance.

For example add an one-liner in regards to enroll with the above link within the section:

• or somewhere around the text: We recommend you to [register to the Console](https://app.crowdsec.net/), especially if you protect several machines.

GUI
Also for non tech savvy cli users a GUI variant of the enrollment (cscli console enroll xxx) is most likely to be needed for the final release v1.0.
