macOS Runner Support

First of all, thanks for publishing an action like this! It's really nice to be able to use this to customize how Crowdin fits into our workflow.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our team runs GitHub Actions on runners hosted locally on our MacBooks to save us money and time. We recently built out a workflow using this action, but then ran it and discovered it can't be run on our MacBooks as it's container-based and Linux is required.

Describe the solution you'd like
It'd be great if this action could be run on any runner supported by GitHub, but macOS is the important one for us.

Describe alternatives you've considered
In the mean time, we can run on GitHub-hosted Linux runners, it'll just cost us a bit of money.
