Create Blue Green RDS Deployment

What problem are you facing?

I'm investigating how to create a Blue Green RDS Deployment with crossplane. I don't see it mentioned in any of the CRDs

How could Crossplane help solve your problem?

There's a BlueGreen type in the codebase, but no mention on how to use it. I also don't see it in any of the CRDs. Is a separate CRD required or will this be added onto an existing CR?

The upjet provider has it a parameter on the instances https://github.com/crossplane-contrib/provider-upjet-aws/blob/main/package/crds/rds.aws.upbound.io_instances.yaml#L125-L128
