Currently there's a separate (internal) python package which prepares output from the classifer and presents as a plot of BLAST disatnces to query, grouped by taxon (see below for example). It may be a beneficial consolidation to implement this alongside the classifier, probably deprecating bokeh in favor of the more widely used (within UW anyway) plotly library.
