Can skydns do the load-balancing too?

Hi, I was wondering whether SkyDns will also do the load-balancing like HA-Proxy?

Or do I still need to add HA-proxy layer?

Sky_DNS_ questions are better asked in the skydns repo. But the only load
balancing skydns can do is give out multiple A/AAAA records in a round-robin
fashion.
